Investment Qualifications
Offerings are exclusively available to non-U.S. citizens and investors may be required to meet certain requirements and qualification. This is not an offering to any U.S. residents and should not be considered as such.
An offering memorandum will be distributed prior to the acceptance of any investment offering.
Investment Security
Qualified investors are issued notes that are secured by U.S. property. Interest payments to note holders is secured by credit-rated tenants with guaranteed lease payments.
All properties must meet specified investment criteria for consideration, and are selected for their low risk and consist income returns.
Property Ownership
To avoid taxation for foreign investors, ownership of the property is held in the name of a U.S. legal entity. Properties are funded from investor loans and investors receive tax-free interest payments. Investors do not have an equity ownership interest in the properties.
Market Volatility
Investments are selected for long-term holding and income reliability. While market fluctuations may occur, investors will receive regular income payments secured by corporate tenants.
Income Payments
Investors will receive regularly scheduled and pre-determined interest payments for the duration of their investment term. Upon completion of the term, the original investment is returned.
Income earned by non-U.S. residents is free from U.S. taxation under the portfolio lending tax exemption. Non-U.S. citizens are not required to file or pay U.S. taxes on their income.
Investment Liquidity
Each offering has a stated investment term and investments may not be redeemed during the term. However, in accordance to the offering memorandum, investments may qualify to be transferred or sold prior to the end of the term.
