Choose from our pre-qualified properties and determine your desired investment amount.
Minimum investments for offerings start at USD$100,000.
2. Close the Purchase
When an offering has sufficient interest, investor funds are pooled and loaned to a U.S. entity to complete the purchase.
Loans are secured by the property, and in the event of a default, investors obtain ownership rights to the property.
3. Receive Interest Income
Investors receive regularly scheduled interest payments at a pre-determined rate for the term of the loan.
Interest payments are U.S. tax-free and secured by the property’s rental income. Property income is guaranteed by corporate tenants with approved credit ratings.
4. Return of Investment
Upon completion of the loan term, investment funds are returned and loans are retired.
